At Desi Herbal Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality herbal skincare and haircare products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.


1. Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must not be damaged or tampered with.

We do not accept returns for opened or used products unless the item was received damaged or defective.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Our team will review and arrange a replacement if approved.

We may request the product to be returned before processing the replacement.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Policy

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened skincare products
• Used personal care items
• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales


6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
